About Clear Creek Cabins

Four recently built one bedroom log Cabins (and a Farmhouse) on 20 acres on a back road out in the country! What a great place for a getaway. Close to hiking in every direction, not too far from restaurants, small mountain towns and the “big” city of Asheville.

As one guest wrote in the guest book “this place is 15 minutes from everything!”  A bit of an exaggeration, but indeed we are just 25 miles SE of Asheville, only 15 minutes from Hendersonville, and only 10-15 minutes from Chimney Rock Park and Lake Lure.

Our 20 acre country property is perfect for a retreat – indeed some guests don’t even leave the property during their stay. Others take advantage of the abundant hikes in the area, excellent restaurants in nearby towns, wine tastings at local vineyards, and a myriad of other activities.

Our Cabins are well equipped and have a hot tub, fireplace, grill, washer/dryer, A/C, and Wi-Fi.

Our property is approximately 20 acres, half of it wooded. We have a pond which you can fish in, and a walking trail. There are picnic sheds on the property. There is over an acre across the road that adjoins Clear Creek, which is state trout waters. There are two fire pits, one near the pond and one near the creek. There are neighboring farms on either side of us, and the back of the property is bordered by miles and miles of woods. Part of the property is farmed and you are welcome to pick produce or sunflowers in season.

Clear Creek Cabins is owner operated, offers online booking, and takes credit cards. In addition to answering your pre-reservation questions, Kaye will meet you at your cabin at check-in and tell you about the best local restaurants, hiking areas, local wineries, your cabin’s amenities, and more (nearest grocery, scenic drives, etc). David is our expert on local farm products, curly willow wreaths, and fishing (and he grills up a great BBQ!).
