Cabin in the Treetops
$170/Night, $1,012/Week. Sleeps 2. 1 BR
The Cabin in the Treetops is perched on a hill back in the woods. The porch has rockers, an outdoor table, and, of course, the hot tub. In the summertime you might be able to catch a glimpse of the Cabin in the Woods, but no other buildings will be visible. Your view from the porch is directly into the tops of the trees. Along the drive up to the Cabin are wild blackberry bushes which can provide you with a great addition to your breakfast at the right time of year. Across the ravine to the side you might see alpacas, goats, or cows through the woods on the neighbors mountain pasture. Behind you is woods for miles and miles. A short walk brings you down the hill to the start of our trail. A little further through the woods brings you to the pond where you can fish, enjoy the picnic shed and perhaps a campfire at the fire pit. Fishing poles and firewood are both provided.
Birds, squirrels and other wildlife are abundant – you may even hear a coyote at night. It is not unknown to have deer wander through the cabin area.
The Cabin in the Treetops is rented by the week, unless the Cabin on the Hill and the Cabin in the Woods are both booked up. Please call us if you think it should be available for a shorter time but the reservation system is requiring a longer reservation.
$170/Night, $1,012/Week (a 15% discount).
